Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to Lock & Lindfield’s promotional offer under which an eligible person may receive a £100 Amazon gift voucher in connection with a qualifying boiler installation or boiler replacement. 

1. Promoter 
This promotion is offered by Lock & Lindfield. 

2. Promotion Period 
The offer applies to qualifying orders booked in 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 

For the purposes of this promotion, an order is considered “booked” when: 

Lock & Lindfield has accepted the order for the qualifying works; and any required deposit has been paid. 

3. Who Can Qualify 

A £100 Amazon gift voucher may be awarded in either of the following situations: 

Referral booking A person who refers a new customer to Lock & Lindfield may qualify for one £100 Amazon gift voucher where that referred customer books and completes a qualifying new boiler installation or boiler replacement. 

Lock & Lindfield reserves the right to determine whether a booking is a valid direct booking or a valid referral booking. 

4. Qualifying Works 

This offer applies only to: 

new boiler installations; and replacement boiler installations, 

supplied and installed by Lock & Lindfield. 

The offer does not apply to: 

boiler servicing; boiler repairs; emergency call-outs; replacement parts; heating controls only; maintenance works; plumbing works not involving a boiler installation or replacement; or any other non-qualifying products or services. 

5. Area of Availability 

The promotion is only available for qualifying works within areas where Lock & Lindfield is actively advertising and operating locally, and within Lock & Lindfield’s service area. 

Lock & Lindfield reserves the right to decide whether a property or booking falls within the qualifying area. 

6. Reward 

The reward is one £100 Amazon gift voucher per qualifying order. 

7. One Voucher Per Qualifying Order 

Only one £100 Amazon gift voucher will be issued in respect of each qualifying order. 

Where a qualifying order results from a referral, the voucher will be issued to the referrer, unless Lock & Lindfield states otherwise in writing. 

A qualifying order cannot generate multiple vouchers for multiple referrers, multiple customers, or multiple parties connected with the same booking. 

8. Referral Requirement 

For a referral to qualify: 

the referred customer must be a genuine new customer to Lock & Lindfield; the referral must be identifiable to Lock & Lindfield at or before the time of booking; the referred customer must book a qualifying new boiler installation or replacement during the Promotion Period; any required deposit must be paid within the Promotion Period; and the installation must be completed. 

Lock & Lindfield may refuse a referral claim where the referral was not disclosed clearly at the point of booking or cannot reasonably be verified. 

9. Installation Completion Requirement 

No voucher will be issued until the qualifying installation has been completed. 

If the installation is cancelled, does not proceed, or is not completed, no voucher will be payable. 

10. Timing and Method of Issue 

The voucher will be issued after installation completion and may be sent: by email; or by post. 

Lock & Lindfield is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect contact details supplied by the customer or referrer. 

11. No Combination with Other Offers 

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, referral scheme, promotion, voucher, cashback, or incentive unless Lock & Lindfield confirms otherwise in writing. 

12. No Cash Alternative 

The £100 Amazon gift voucher: 

is non-transferable; is non-exchangeable; cannot be redeemed for cash through Lock & Lindfield; and may not be substituted except at Lock & Lindfield’s discretion. 

13. Cancellation / Non-Completion 

If the booking is cancelled; the installation does not go ahead; the customer withdraws; the deposit is not paid when required; or Lock & Lindfield is unable to complete the installation due to circumstances attributable to the customer, 

then no voucher will be issued. 

If a voucher is issued in error, Lock & Lindfield reserves the right to cancel it or recover its value where legally permitted. 

14. Misuse and Abuse 

Lock & Lindfield reserves the right to withhold or refuse a voucher where it reasonably believes: 

the promotion has been manipulated or abused; a referral is not genuine; false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided; multiple claims have been made against the same order; or the eligibility criteria have not been met. 

15. Right to Amend or Withdraw 

Lock & Lindfield reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary, including in the event of: 

administrative error; pricing error; stock or voucher availability issues; suspected fraud or abuse; or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

16. Amazon Disclaimer 

This promotion is run solely by Lock & Lindfield. Amazon is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or otherwise connected to this promotion. Amazon gift vouchers are subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions. 

17. Liability 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. 

Subject to that, Lock & Lindfield shall not be liable for: 

indirect or consequential loss; failed or delayed voucher delivery by email or post; loss caused by inaccurate contact details; or issues relating to Amazon’s redemption process or terms.

By participating in this promotion, customers and referrers are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions
