I recently had a new boiler installed and my central heating system extended, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The company did an excellent job from start to finish.

Graeme and Mark carried out the work, and despite the job involving quite a bit of disruption, they made the whole process easy and stress-free. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout.

They also took great care in my flat and left everything in great condition after giving the place a thorough tidy at the end of the job.

I’m really pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality heating work. Highly recommended!

Would 100% recommend!!

Had a boiler service and a pretty serious fault was found that meant the boiler had to be turned off! (Not ideal with a 1 and 3 year old). Graeme & Mark sent a quote that same day and were back to fix the problem within 1 day!! So quick, tidy and knowledgable! Thank you so so much!! 🙂 Will defiantly use Graeme & Mark again in the future!

Mark, Graeme & Ryan simply amazing from start to finish! Replacing our very old back boiler system, and radiators, they made it seem effortless and left the house cleaner than when they started! I am very happy and impressed with the service provided, New boiler fitted and pipework done. Old boiler removed. All for a reasonable price. Graham, Ryan and Mark were knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job and then tidied up after themselves. Would definitely recommend

Lock and Lindfield made the process from start to finish effortless. Great price and once quote was accepted the new combi boiler (Worcester 4000) with old system removed was fitted within a week. The guys have done an excellent job and left everything very clean and tidy, just as they found it. They communicate well and are very polite. All the pipe work is very tidy too. It’s wonderful to have hot water again and great not having to wait for it to heat up. I would highly recommend.

The company has just completed a gas boiler change with extensive system upgrades, including a new tank in the airing cupboard.
Mark first visited our home at the agreed time, listened to what We wanted, did a careful survey and provided a fully detailed estimate for the work.
Mark and Graeme arrived to carry out the work on the agreed date. They took great care to protect carpets etc., carried out the work quietly and carefully, clarifying with us over positioning of items etc. as needed. The work was all very neat and to a high standard. The price charged was as estimated. A very professional company that I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Highly recommend Lock and Lindfield!
Just had a new boiler fitted by same, and have found them to be a knowledgeable, professional, caring Company, with reasonable rates, and an ‘over and above’ work ethic!
Punctual on the day both Mark, and Glen, carried out all work expertly, and neatly. Always pleasant, and helpful…..everything cleared up, and spotless, after work finished.
Also Gas Safe Certificate downloaded, and Boiler Warranty sent off, all on same day!
I’d like to thank Mark for staying later, to make sure new Hive thermostat connected, and setting up heating schedule for me. Much appreciated.
Mark was such a help with my questions also!
